Lost Documents

If any of the following documents have been lost, stolen or destroyed, an RF134 form must be completed by the registered owner at your local Garda Station and submitted to your local Motor Taxation Office with the relevant fee below.

If your address has changed please bring a utility bill in your name as proof of address dated within the last 3 months along with completed RF134.

Fees

• Log Book (Brown) - €12.00
• Vehicle Registration Cert -€12.00
• Tax Disc - €6.00
• Trailer Licence Card - €6.00

Vehicle Registration Certs are posted directly to you from the Dept. of Transport, Shannon, Co. Clare and take between 7-10 days to issue.

All other replacement documents issue from your local Motor Taxation Office.
